Our Mission:
Established in 1986, the Coral Gate Homeowners Association (CGHA) serves the residents of Coral Gate by actively seeking to maintain the unique character of our residential neighborhood of single-family homes.
Who we are:
Miami’s First Planned subdivision established in 1948.
NCD1; Miami’s first Neighborhood Conservation District, since 2002
The CGHA is comprised of volunteer who actively our homes and streets from encroachment.
