Our Mission
Established in 1986, the Coral Gate Homeowners Association (CGHA) serves the residents of Coral Gate by actively seeking to maintain the unique character of our residential neighborhood of single-family homes.
Who We Are
- Miami’s First Planned subdivision established in 1948.
- NCD1; Miami’s first Neighborhood Conservation District, since July 2002.
- The CGHA is comprised of volunteers who actively defend our homes and streets from encroachment.
